How to delete my account?

I'm needing to delete my account because of personal reasons. How would I do this?

Go to profile then look for delete account it's like the third box down or the box under Modify account

help I cant login to my game I forget my username and when I click forget your user name it write forget oyur password and I cant log in heeeeelp how to cancel my account
