Black map?

I start up the game, log in and then when I go to my character selection area it shows my character but the background is black. Aslo when I get into the game, I see others but im below them and the terrain is black. Whats happening?

try uninstalling FH, deleting the file, and reinstallling FH. deleting the file will not delete your characters, but i suggest saving all that you still want in a separate file before you delete it.
