Banned and havent even started the game?

Okay so.
I havent even logged INTO the game and i'm banned for 10minutes?
I'm guessing because of password issues.
I've changed my password, and what not.
Used the top number keys.
No letters.
Anything else the cause?

Users shouldn't get banned randomly, so if you had problems with your password that could be the cause.

I'm not sure if changing password on this site will change your password for the game, I think it will still remain with the one you registered with.

But if that doesn't help either I'd suggest you to simply create a new account.

if you have a game allready you can logout and say change password it works i did it. once you sent you user to you email
you can copy the code and paste it on the forum that sats code: above that is where you put your user type your user then click submit at the bottum then when you go to your game you should type in your new password then it should work.
