I cant login

When i try to login the game it says i wrote my username or password wrong and i wrote it all right and yes i dident use my forum name and the numbers above the keyboard please help i really wanna play

Make sure your Caps-lock is off, and if this keeps happening, I open up a word document and spell out my username and password at the same speed as I did typing in the Login. ~ You might see what you are doing wrong there.

  I can't login either! I have typed everything right and I have tried typing it in a word document and have turned of caps lock and my number lock and now I have banned for 13minutes.

(A tip is to stay away from spaces,numbers and symbols in the name and just use letters from a-z in both the password and username to prevent log in problems.)

If you are unable to still login, you need to create a new account.

its happening to me to but i have looked every where for help but my pass has a few caps in is that the problem?

It's happening to me as well. Occassionally I manage to get in but it crashes soon after (FeralHeart.exe has stopped working).

when i first got on to the game if would say invalid username or password(5 invalid attempts causes 15 min ban) so what i did was have to unistall it and make a new account then download the game "torrent" not the reguler download then it started working for me
