Login Problems

I've downloaded FH yesterday (because in other times it won't work) and i was very excited and really wanted to play it. Okay... but when i've tried to login, it says that it couldn't connect and that i'm 15 minutes locked. Okay... i wait, wait, wait... and when i'm going to login again, it says the same thing! Everything works very well, but i can't login! Someone please help.

Make sure you using your username and not forum nickname, if you have numbers in your username or password use the numbers above the letters.
Make sure your caps lock isnt on.

Well, i tried both nickname and username... maybe making a new account will work. Thanks for the help.
