Game dragging internet down?

Feral heart drags my internet down. It does it to both computers, is there a way I can fix it to where it goes faster?

I don't think FH drags your internet down, it just makes your PC a little slower; because it takes up CPU.

Maybe, but I'm pretty sure it's your PC, not your internet.

But it drags both of them down, my mom is on the other laptop when I'm on this one playing and it affects her too.

Oh really? I can think of ways to lessen the lag on the PC, but not on internet. Perhaps your mom's laptop's wireless card has limits, or simply because she is farther away from the signal/wireless source.

I've never had internet lags because of FH though, so can't help you there. If you want to find out the speed of your internet with or without FH, try this site : http://speedtest.net/

I checked up how much bandwidth FH nommed while playing, and it were around 20 kb/s which is pretty much nothing at all unless you're sitting on a dial up connection.

I'd say it's most likely something else you're running on your computer like streaming programs or other downloading programs and not the game itself. Yes FH takes up a lot of CPU power indeed.

But this shouldn't really change the performance of someone else on the same network.
