Failure to connect to map?

I'm trying to get on Feral Heart as one of my characters but for some reason it keeps giving me an error about the map or "Bad Token". My other characters work but this one character. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

so are you going in to enter the map or is the char already in the map?

I haven't even gotten into the game yet. I'm not trying to get on a user made map. I can't even get into the game with this character but all of my other one's are working.

Okay . . . now I am getting the Faliure to connect to map error and the "bad token" error every single time I try to get into the game. It's happened on every character I try.
I really getting fed up with this and other people have been having this problem too.

That happens a lot when the server is crowded, or you have weak connection.
