If you want to add a picture from your computer, then first you need to upload it somewhere,
example: DeviantArt, Tinypic, Photobucket

But if you already have your picture uploaded, you right click on the it and select 'copy image URL'
When you have done that, make a thread, copy the link there.. and add img in front of the URL and /img behind it. The img and /img, have to be inside the: [ and ]

Sorry Lucy, but I think this is a bit difficult to explain to you if you do not know how to edit a picture.

For the Banner you would need to take your picture and edit it to fit 650x239 px, then upload that to Tinypic, and create a new thread for the contest. You would then use the IMG code that you got from Tinypic and paste it into the reply box...


But I think you need more experience with photo editing and uploading before getting this down.
