Pink when Logining in and Disappears?

Ok I have been re-downloaded the patch and the game over and over again. It is not working. When I first got the new patch, pink flowers are appearing and the bark of the tree is all green. But when I logged in anyway it suddenly disappeared. The whole Feral Heart and everything. GONE. I need help please...   :([/i]

try switching the rendering mode under options?
