How do you get your head to look up and down?

Hi there, I new to Feral Heart and I've seen others on the game move their character's heads to look upwards or down. But I can't get mine to do it, so I was wondering if somebody could tell me how to do this then I would be very greatfull.

Look up to make it go up, look down to make it go down. If you want it to stay there press the left "alt" key again.

When you play in third person, your camera acts as the head.

If you look up with a non fixated head, the character looks up, if you look down, the character looks down.
