Trouble w/ a downloaded map...

So I was trying to download a map for a RP which I have never done before. After many trys and moving things around I was finally able to get all the map's files into the export file. My problem now is that when I went to the Cape of distant worlds and jump into the portal it loads for a bit then says FH is shutting down and I get knocked off the game. Well now I have 3 characters stuck between worlds due to this....I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, removing and re downloading the map, nothing is working. I may have removed something from the export folder but idk because im not sure what else besides the "Readme" file is supposed to be in there. PLEASE HELP!!!!

make sure the file isnt missing anything and also if its zipped unzip it into exports. when you unzip it copy and paste everythng out of the folder.(ill clear things up if you dont understand)
