Fur markings aren't displaying at all

Hi everyone! I feel sorry that my first post about this game is for help, but it can't really be helped. XP I'm trying to make my first character, and everything works fine. Except that any fur marking I select won't show up on the preview body. I've tried changing the color of such marking to make sure that they're visible, but nothing is showing up. No matter what ones I select, and no matter what species I try, the body is just blank. Could someone help me please?

i'm not sure.... i know that when your under preset maker that markings won't show unless you click custom which should be on the last page. is the base you start with pure white or the markings just won't work?

Well actually I was playing around with the preset maker, and trying to decide what my character should look like, since my internet went temperately down. ^^; I probably should have tried using the real thing, but I thought that the character creation screen, and the preset maker where the same thing, so if one wasn't working, then the other most likely wouldn't be either. But that may be the problem there...so I'll try that. Thanks! ^^ Now the only problem I have is choosing what my character should look like! XD;
