What do we save the wing preset as?

Well, title says all but.
I'm in the process of makeing my first preset ^^
i've done my character, tested to see if it appeared in FH,it did
now all i need is his wings!
i saved the wings as the following- ( all JPG)
Attempt 1
preset_3wing
Attempt 2
preset_3wings
Attempt 3
preset_3equip

None of these worked,all i got was a yucky tan color,
Please help :3
** EDIT in the game i now have color changing wings...help on that too? **

The color-changing wing problem happens with a winged character with a preset. The wings change color depending on who you happen to run by, or something along those line, to my extent. My idea to fix this was, obviously, make preset wings. But I'm also having the same trouble. They just won't show up.
Anyone got the fix? I have the code, but is it right?

apprently for me it works only as jpg

Well, i save it that way, but like for the other body parts;
preset_3head.jpg
preset_3body.jpg

what would i type after preset_3 ?
