Having trouble signing into Feral Heart on the game. PLEASE HELP.

I am unable to log into Feral Heart. I do not know why. Ive gone onto the chat to ask for help. Ive been to Kovu and had no reply. Ive been on Facebook to ask for help. I neeeed help.

I have installed and un-installed many times even though I shouldn't but I always have to do it. I hate having to try and set up the patches on my game because I always have to un-install and re-install.

I open the game, I type my Username and password into the boxes and simply click on "Log in". It then says "Failed to connect to front server"

Can someone tell me what is going on. Nobody is telling me what is going on. Ive seen over 600 people playing it recently so what am I doing wrong? HELP.

It should be something with the connection otherwise it wouldn't tell you the game is down when it's up and running.

It could be windows firewall blocking the game, and in that case you must add it to exception within the control panel so the program are allowed to connect to the internet.

In some cases with norton antivirus, it might block your game from connecting to the internet as well, and in that case you must remove that block.

And at times, it can even be things like a too weak signal to your internet, especially if you are using a wireless internet and  is placed far away from the source.
