FH+ Main and Log in crash

I downloaded and susceful installed Feralheart+ but when I Log in it crashes and stops  working until I click "Finish program" I've tried many times to find a solution, but it just crashes when I press "Log in" button and other people doesn't seems to have the same problem when I asked.

It could be that everyone was downloading it so it crashed, or maybe you should try reinstalling it
