SOLVED!! MODS PLEASE LOCK AND DELETE THANKS!!

It started with making my preset. The map went black so I uninstalled both games and re downloaded them, deleting the preset. When going on FH+ the map was still black. just the map, I could see other people and the chat. I was told it was because FH+ wasn't in "C:/" so I uninstalled that and installed into "C:/" but then my antivirus said it was a threat (never did it when i saved into "C:/Programme Files (x86)") so I deleted it and tried again it said the same thing. about three time. Then the next time I did it, it didn't do the downloading bar. when i checked to see where all the files where, there where only 1 or 2 files.

I use a DELL inspiron laptop that's one year old, And I use win7(don't know what version though.

Thanks in advance if you know how to slove this problem.

Normal FH is fine, it's just the FH+ that's giving me grief.

Simba told everyone that since the Lonely Cave came out, you need to go on Fh and put your character in Bonefire and ste it as your home, then open FH+ and the maps should be there.

My home is bonfire. Also it was black when i was in Bonfire as well as the endless plains.

But the bigger problem is that only 2 files a the most will down load when installing FH+

Were you in Bonfire on FH when you tried to get on FH+?

No/Yes One character was in bonfire the other was in Cape.
