Can't Download anything - DirectX Issue

Has anyone with Win7 experienced a DirectX problem with downloading any of the new FH?

I know that it worked just fine for me about 4 months ago, but my computer crashed and burned and I lost everything. I tried to re-download today, but I've been having DirectX issues that won't even let me install.

Help?

I have WinZip, I think its probably one of the best out there.
I would install winzip. c: Its completely free and safe.

Well, now I've got it downloaded and installed. Thanks for that.


 Now, I've run into another issue: the background is entirely black and i can't move. This looks like it's a more common issue.

Press the feather and then home.
Also, I suggest in the regular FH you set all the homes in bonfire, so when you switch too FH + the black screen won't come up again once you press home and its leading to somewhere like Sky's Rim. c:
