Fh keeps crashing

Okay I was on fh yesterday and it was fine then I log off for like 10 minuets and now it crashes every time I press the icon.... I have tried redownloading like 5 times but it still crashes

Someone please help!!!

Okay, you tried reinstalling. Can you take a screenshot of the error and upload it so that it might be easier to see what the errror is? Or tell us exactly what the error says?

Okay... Well all it does is stay black, like when its loading and stuff.. then it just says Feral-Heart has stopped working, then it just closes out the program.

Okay... thats better, but /what/ loading screen exactly? Right after you log in? Or do you mean while its loading the game map? Because if its after you made a character and before you load the game map, I might be able to help you out. If not, uh, anyone else got any ideas? >.<

Well it's right when the game pops up... Like you know when you see the lion the it goes to the log in screen.
