Feral Heart going bizurk

I am not sure exactly why, but FH is not working properly:
*Sky rims is not showing up
*Atlantic is not showing up
*FH is not workling in general. (Not the chat, just in general)

Yes, I have downloaded the v1.13 patch (3 times actually)
Yes, I have tried redownloading the game, but that caused it to just simply black out.

I am a newbie, so I apologize if these questions were already answered.
