Why can't I play? I don't understand why every time I try to log in it says it fails to connect to the server...

Alright scroll to the top of this page and in big LARGE letters it says ALL FH USERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THIS click it and tadah youll find out why....-sob-

The game is offline 'till the thirty first of January because of some issues with people raping others using dance moves and a few other things. You should really look around the forum more before asking these questions. It even says that the game is offline and there is a link at the top of the screen. Click there or here to read it.
