Help! Can't log in! It says incorrect password or Username...

I'm having the issue of logging in again... Every-time I put in put my Username & Password, it just says it's "Incorrect" , But if I   sign in the the web page, I'm perfectly ok logging in. I have changed my password & I downloaded the Patch for the game, & Still nothing! Please Help... I really want to play...

Edit: Now I log in & all it says is "Request Accepted, Sending Login..." & Does absolutly nothing!
