Game crashing all the tme

My computer has all needed elements so the game would work.
It just will not run.

FH+ shows all the BGs black, so it is impossible to go anywhere. All I can do is just randomly run around in endless blackness.

Normal FeralHeart shows BGs, indeed, but just instant I start writing to the chatbox, windows gives error and tells that this program has topped working.

Really annoying. Re-installing does not help, I have been trying that for 3 times now.

I have windows 7.

If you enter letters that aren't on a regular US keyboard it can crash.

They're just normal english letters. I only need to klick on the chats writing box and It can give me the error.

Yup. Does not still work.
FH+ is black as always and I can not get into normal Feralheart Anymore to add any home locations.

I now removed both of them and trying again... xD

Do this for me:

Once you downloaded both FH + and FH, go on FH (don't speak) and move all of your characters into bonfire island and set home there. Then go onto FH +, it should work.
