My presets keep getting removed!

Ok, so i uninstalled and re-installed FH, hoping to solve some crashing issues I've been having lately. Now I'm having another problem. What's happening is, every time i go into the character creator after i log in, it removes my preset. I know this because I've been watching the preset file disappearing from the Windows Explorer (Not to be confused with Internet Explorer) window of the FH folder "presets". The file doesn't show up in the preset maker like it did, even though i changed the capital K, to a lower case K, and vise versa, trying to figure out whats going on. It's just every time i would go into my character to edit them, the file vanishes! I need help, please!

Have you gone into the Tools > Preset maker and then uploaded from there?

Sorry, I'm just a bit confused. Do you mean that it deletes your files altogether, then?

Well, i finally got the files from the the files used to compile the preset file from the original creator, and when i exported it myself, it worked. Strange. XP

If you are going to re-install its most likely your preset files will be replaced with the empty preset files the game comes with. Always create a back up of your files before re-installing.

Actually, no, thats not what happened. When i re-installed FH, i put all the custom content back into it's spots, and ran FH. But everytime i'd get into the character creator, the preset file would disappear. But anyways, it's all good now. Now to take care of other issues. XP
