Feral Hearts game not starting.

I just finished downloading Feral Hearts. I clicked the icon on my desktop and it said, 'the application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this." So i did as it said, and it still not working. Any Help? Thanks.
