Could be your Firewall/virus protector over reacting to the game. Since it isnt well known file sometimes. Mine did very same. You must either disable your firewall to download and install. Or if it downloads but wont install its proly in quarantine section on your firewall settings.

Sometimes its even simply not downloading/running in Admin on your computer

Someone please help me my game keeps crashing and it keeps saying Feralheart.exe has stopped working someone please help!
