Ferelheart is not working!

I started ferelheart up after the connection had failed and it won't start now! I don't know what to do.

I just tried turning my computer off, but it still won't work!

It is saying that ferelheart stoped working and it won't get past that.

What do you mean by it won't start? It's it saying an error is occurring and shutting down?

have a computer guy unistall FH or do it yourself and install it again, trust me a guy had to erase EVERYTHING on my computer but when i re-installed fh my chars were there.. But not maps..

Aye, like Freya says. Save any maps you want into a separate file, though, if you wish to keep them. Same with presets and items. Or just re-move them after.

Then you should have made your own help thread, Kayla. But none the less, make sure you check your connection, modem, etc. And make sure you have nothing blocking it, like a firewall of sorts.

I have, no one has responded... and nothing is blocked... that I can see.
