Can't get into Cape.

Whenever I log on and go to Cape of Distant Worlds, I get the "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working," message. Anywhere else is fine, it's just cape that I can't get into. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Can someone help me? I've lost a lot of characters due to this.

When you say that you've 'uninstalled and reinstalled'- Have you actually uninstalled it completely by going into My Computer> C: Drive > FH and then deleting the ENTIRE folder? If not, then try again and it should work. Save any presets and maps that you trust, because it may be an issue with one of them that's causing the error.
