when people send me PMs, they never show up. can you please tell my why and how to fix this problem.

I've already looked at the PM settings.

First off:
Are you sure they send you PMs? Because maybe you simply havn't recieved any.
(Just checking, some people have done this before XD)

I'm sure. a few people have said they sent me PMs but I never recieved them.

Change your display name to something like "Laura..".

Restart your browser and delete cache files.

Then try to send a pm again.

What Red said. There have got to be a LOT of Laura's on FH, and FH will send the PM's to the firast account called Laura, which probably isn't yours.
