i can't play this game, because when i try to log on to the game it says that my pass and user name are wrong, but i know they aren't! HELP!

It may depend if you have Symbols or Spaces in your name or password, if its in your password, change it by going into your profile.

Change password
OR
Make sure you wrote everything good and respect the capitalization in your password&user.
