Error Message Question

Well I just downloaded this game today and thought it would be fun to play. It let me on for awhile and then kicked me out with some kind of error message... did i do something wrong to the game?

When I first open the game I get this

(am I suppose to get that screen every time I open it?)


Then I click on one like it says and just hit okay. I get to the screen where my character is and then hit start....
It attempts to load and then gives me that error message. The game closes itself after that.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I take it that you didn't try to install any maps or mods? I so, delete those and try again. You can also try to reinstall after deleting everything FH related. However, wait a few minutes, 5, 10, 15 perhaps. Sometimes things like that just decide to derp out. Sometimes they go away on their own.

Nope, no maps or mods. Just tried to run the game normally. I'll wait a few and see I guess, thank you for answering. My computers been buggy lately so maybe it just doesn't like this new game I tried to put on it.

Based on the shots you're giving me and what it appears to be and since you're not in a private map... I think it just may be a bit of server overload. Especially if you happen to be trying to get into Fluorite Plains. Since you can access the main page, try changing your render. (Under options>video>rendering subsystem> select Direct3D9). That may help. If not.. well, we'll see from there.

I dunno if I'll be any help or not, but isnt it because you're using a Mac? I think Mac computers need this program to run FH properly. I really dont know, this be a suggestion ^^ Or maybe the server derps, but my comp doesnt crash if that happens.

Mac computers aren't made for games like FH, so i guess thats the reason. *is smart with computers* XD
