I can't use my account

I can't get on the game using my account, although, using the same computer my friend can get on just fine with any of hers. I can get to my character select, but as soon as I try the use the character it says FeralHeart.exe has stopped working. I have rebooted my computer, reinstalled FH, gotten closer to my modem, I don't know what to do.

Is the character stuck in a map? Sometimes a character can stop working if its in a bad map, or a map that wont load. At times even a server refresh is needed to make characters work again. Have you tried making a new character and seeing if it works when u log on?

Yes I have tried a new character, but ALL of them, including those in Fluorite, Ascension, etc, aren't working.
