"Failed to Export Preset"
« on: April 17, 2012, 08:02:10 pm »
I created a preset, but everytime I hit the "Export" button, it gives me a text box that says "Failed to Export Preset", and when I check to see if its in the game, it doesn't appear in the "Use Preset" box. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me?

Did you make sure to do the coding? (If required.)

Some presets require coding, like if you're trying for transparency or glow in the dark junk.

If you have added fur texture/shade part in coding, for example  " texture cbodyShade.jpg", make sure you have the texture for it in preset folder. Many times when mine won't export preset it's because i have used shadecode in materialfile and then i haven't even had that texture in the presetfolder.

I do have textures on mine.

So do I have to put the textures for the head, body, eye, and tail all in the preset folder?
