Definitely have caps off?
If your passwords have numbers in them, use the numbers above the letter keyboard, and not the Num Lock pad.
If your pass has symbols in them (e.g. @ or ~), you'll need to make another password with just letters.
Might help, but there's a thread about being unable to log in under the Help Section (it's called The BIG Help Thread). Check that if this doesn't work. :3
