Why?

I've downloaded it and my computer has parental controls. So I got my mom to accept it but every time I try to run it, it asks for her password I've had her accept it 3 times. Why does it do this?!

Probably will have to run  the game as an admin. Right click when you go to the icon.

Right click on the icon for the game and select "run as admin". Also be sure your mom is aware while this game is moderated , all actions by other members can not be accounted for by the staff, as much as they try to control it.
