how do you make/get balls of water?

I was wondering how you make or get those balls of water... I have seen them around but I can find them or figure out how to make them. Help would be appreciated

Balls of water may be in the 'Addons and Mods' part of the site. C:

Ah... No. Actually you can use them in object maker, I think it's the third tab. Sphere of water is an option I believe for "collisions".

     ok but when I press test it is only blue... any idea of how to get water texture on to it?
