I Can't Log In

I know this has probably been posted many times, but I can't log in when I get into FH. I make sure I am typing EVERYTHING right, seriously I try 2-3 times. Whenever I try it gives me the whole "Wrong Username/password" thing. I asked my sister to log in on her account, and it worked perfectly!! Please help.

-The numpad on keyboards doesn't work. So you need to use the numbers above the rest of the letters
-some symbols doesn't work as they should and you need to change keyboard layout in order for them to work

If you are unable to fix this It's suggested that you reset your password on your profile here on the forum and set it to a new one without any complicated symbols or numbers, just letters.

Try that. It should work - Just be mindful of the password special characters and such.

And spaces. FH can't log in with usernames that have spaces C:

No, it did not work. Should I make a new account, or somehow ask the mods if I can change my username? Also, can FH log in with dashes in the user?

Generally symbols within usernames could mess it up. Usernames should be kept short and without any crazy symbols, otherwise we get log in problems. Creating a new account with a less complicated user should fix problem.
