Chat Room Help?

Everytime I try and go on to the chat room on the site, it will not load! I have Internet Exporer, and I'm only allowed to use that...Please help! I've triedhitting F5, but it didn't work...Any ideas that could help? Thanks!

I'd suggest you to check so you have "java" installed. I do believe the chat needs a fairly new version of it to run properly. If it doesn't help updating your java though, I'd actually suggest you to get a another internet browser anyway. There's not really any reason why you shouldn't be allowed to use anything else anyway.
