Having Trouble with Flourite Plains

Hello!
I'm still pretty new to the game, so I don't know if its a bug or what not, but when ever I try to go into Flourite Plains, the screen sits there and either "Bad Token" or "Can not connect to map server" pops up. This has just been happening resently, and I cannot go there to save my life. I'll try to log into one of my characters and it'll say that, so I'll try again and again and again, but still no luck. And I keep most of my characters on the plains (Don't know why) so if I wanna play a specific one, I can't because it won't let me =(

Can anyone help?

1. You should wait until there aren't much people on the game.

2. It's best to go to the plains on weekdays or when most people don't get on feralheart mostly.

When that happens to me, I just try to log back in and it usually works. If the "Can not connect to the map server" one keeps popping up, then the map server is down and you just have to wait until the staff gets it back up. If you keep getting the Bad Token error, then maybe try to make your character smaller. If it keeps happening with no luck of fixing it then I don't know what else to do. I try to avoid the plains cuz of that same problem and I have set my homes for two of my characters to Sky's Rim (so I don't have to climb up every stone in Acension Island). I hope you get your problem resolved!

I have the same problem with Fluorite right now. My roleplay died because my character is stuck in the portal to Fluorite. I hope it'll work soon.

It's the amount of people causing lag on the map, or details of the items on custom maps. The size doesn't help either. The more larger and crowded the map, the more lag you will recieve. Currently, I like to be active while others are actually active, for boredom's own sake. And I'm trying to get in contact with this certain roleplay, but I can't due to the lag. I've not been on FeralHeart in a while, so it was a big dissapointment when I kept getting Bad Tokens. They are bad enough they my computer makes it go black and claims it to be unresponsive, until it comes back up after a minute or two, claiming to have a Bad Token.

Edit - It was a custom map.
