Help please??

When I tried logging into my account on FH, it just would keep saying "Incorrect Username Or Password" when I did my user and pass right, and sometimes it would just say "Failed to connect to front server" when  my internet wasnt even out. I don't know why it's doing this. It would be much appreciated if someone knows whats wrong or how to fix it!!

Think your username may be a bit too long or complex. Gonna have to make new account. Shorten it, keep out symbols.

For password, also try to keep simple. When typing password, if numbers, use ones above keys. Otherwise won't work. Don't recommend numbers anyway though.

Be sure to go to profile and delete your old account though.
