Hi there thanks for reading this

my friend helped me create an account and activate it. we downloaded feral heart and it wont let me log in to play and i know for sure that i typed in my user name and password in correctly and my friend can log in just fine. I just get banned is there  a way to fix this or a way to set up another username with the same email address.

Some feed back would be greatly appreciated on how to solve this problem so i can play

I dont believe you can, perhaps try deleting your account maybe?

i went to the link you sent but that didnt work and how do you delete your account to start a new one with the same email adress/

What message comes up to tell you that you are being banned?

incorrect password/username if you enter wrong five times you will be banned for 15 minutes and i reset my password activated my account and im sure i typed everything correctly and have no caps in my password. they work just fine on the site

Users with long usernames or passwords have difficulties.

Try to keep both simple. No symbols or numbers.

Will have to delete your current account and make a new one.

Go to profile, and should have option to delete. Am not sure or not, but you may have to use different email to go create a new one. Not too sure how Admins go about letting old emails fly
