Two Errors, Help?

I just downloaded FeralHeart and I haven' even been able to start to play because:
On computer number one it crashes the second I open it.
On computer number two I try to log in and it says "Unable to connect to front server."

My laptop (Number two) is old and slow so I would rather that laptop number one worked, but I'll take what I can get.

Do you get any errors when you open the game on laptop one?

The screen comes up black but it doesn't get any farther than that because it crashes.

On computer two, try restarting your modem, getting your computer closer to it, if it's too far away, or maybe reinstalling FeralHeart.

On computer one, you can also try to reinstall FeralHeart. If that does not work, you can try to update your driver or buying a new one.

For computer number one: This may be the problem that requires a server restart. Does it say "Feral Heart.exe has stopped working"? If so, wait for a server restart.
For computer number two: This happens to a lot of people. Just keep trying and you should get in eventually. If not, move closer to your Internet source.
