First you must load your map in Map Maker then click the Export button near the Test button. Wait until its finished exporting and make sure there were no missing things in the export.
Go to your "exports" folder and you'll find your map files such as .fhm (the map), .fho (object groups), .fhw (the weather cycle if you used one), .fhs (the sky file if you used one.
Gather all the files and put them all in a new folder, like desktop for example. Compress the folder when you finished.
Go to a file sharing site like Mediafire or ZippyShare, upload your compressed folder. When its finished uploading share the link with your friends.
When your friends receive the link they must download the folder, open it and place all the files into their "exports" folder. The portal will show up in Cape of Distant Worlds.
