game log in issues

I am having bad log in issues. No matter what i do it wont work. And i have changed my user and password. It keeps saying Incorrect username or password.(5 failed attempts cause 15 min ban). I have not dowloaded the patch. That might be the problem im not exactly sure. Im new to this game.

It might be because your username is too long. If you remake your account, shorter username, think simple, and use a short simple password it will work for you.
