You'll have to be a bit more descriptive. How is it not working? What kind of troubles? Are you installing it correctly?

Assuming you mean the mod that replaces the original canine fur texture with Sully's, you have to unzip the files and place them in C:\FeralHeart\media\textures. Simply accept when it asks you to overwrite the current files, and it should work.
