Login problem.

I type my password and my username I checked them and they were both right. I click "log in" and it says "Incorrect username or password. ( 5 failed attempts causes 15 min ban)" I have downloaded all the patches and the latest one too. It alwasy says the same... -.-
Please someone help me?
Is it my pc or the game? or whatever?
I really want to play this game....

No. The number pad is the square of numbers at the very right of the keyboard. When inserting numbers using said number pad, it will claim that your username and/or password is incorrect.

When typing in said username and password, hold shift and use the line of numbers below the line of F1-F12 to insert any number(s) in your username and password.

Also, you can always press 'modify' in the right-hand corner above your post to edit out any spelling mistakes or add something else you want to include in your post. Double posting is not very appreciated.
