Connection Complaint

Hi everyone,
A friend and i are having some troubles getting into the Plains (I cant every remember what the Plain is called it started with an F) when we go into the portal that leads there, the loading screen takes a good minute until it says "cannot connect", "bad token", "FeralHeart has stopped responding", etc.

we cant use our favorite char anymore because this happens when we join if we log out on the Plain's loading screen or in the Plain :/

any advice on how to fix that? who else is experiencing these troubles?

Its FluoritePlains and I had this problems too.This happens because the Fluorite map is the hanging around area and there are too many players in it.I recommend to get in Fluorite before the great number of players strikes Fluorite Plains or after.Just try to log off your chars in ficho tunnel or any other map that never gets full when you exit the game so you can make sure next time you go in,you wont get bad tokens.
