I can't play Feral Heart anymore!! What do I do!?!?

A while ago, feral heart just wouldn't let me play it. When I open the programme, before the company logos and log in screen appear a trouble-shoot pop-up appears, telling me that the programme has stopped working.

How can I fix this? I've tried everything I can think of and I can't fix it!! Is the only way I can fix it by uninstalling it and re-installing it?? I'd rather not do it that way!

firstly check your my_objects, particles, and sky folders for any double particles. they will have _0 or _1 or some other number tacked on to the end

if you have done this, deleted/or not found any and your game still will not work

a simple reinstall should fix your problem
