I'm tired of this exception.
« on: June 07, 2011, 03:38:15 am »
I know this has been brought up.
I'm bringing it up again, because none of the solutions provided will work for me.

^
Pure evil.

Heres the story:

The new patch screwed up my maps because un-knowingly I installed it wrong some how. So I re-download the game which doesn't work.

I give up for about three weeks.

Today, I got off my butt and uninstalled EVERYTHING and re-installed it.  (Forgot to back up my screen shots and maps, I'm pretty peeved I lost all of them. -_-;)

I got that exception.
I re-installed and still, that exception.
I un-installed and re-installed again.
FeralHeart worked for a few hours.

I downloaded some presets and maps, but I thought if I put them in the exports folderr FH would fail like that ^
I dont remember if I did put them in or not, but i deleted them

I re-downloaded Feralistic and a few other mods, which I only have just gotten around to.

And again, with the

I'm about to rip out my hair.
Please, someone help me.

lol keep your hair on.
Uninstall FH, delete the folder, and download "Feral Heart Game Setup" Yes, I realize you already have it, but you might have a broken installer, which would cause these problems. Then make sure you install the one you just downloaded.
Sorry about all your stuff you lost, but hopefully FH will work now. ^^

A broken installer?
Eh, never heard of that before.
Kay, I'll go try it.

Edit:
I did what you said, and it works. I'm going to install the mod that I think made whatever happen happen to see if it works o-o

I recommend that you don't install more than one mod. That can have bad effects on the game as well.

don't post on year old threads.

you can go to either your feral heart folder directly and click the uninstall file or right click the program itself and uninstall. Can also uninstall programs through the control panel and the installation options.

Oh My Gosh XD

Just Save Your Maps And Such To A Different Folder [[Stuff you wunt to keep]]

After That Dont Un-install If The Button Wont Work, DELETE The Hole File Insted, Then Re-Download And Install Afterwords.

BOOM! IT WORKS! BRAVO!  [[If It Doesnt Work Then I Would PM A Mod]]
