Need help.

Every time when I try logging in to the game itself. I receive the error message. I know i'm putting in the correct information. Can someone please help me?

Could you maybe give us an idea of what the specific error message is so we can help you better :)? Is it that you're getting the failed log in? Does it keep saying that you are putting in the wrong username or password when you know you're not?

Its saying I'm putting in the wrong username or password but i know i'm using the correct username and password. and i will look at the link.

Just try changing your password here on the forums. As the game password is caps sensitive change it into something simple. Give that a go and let me know how it turns out.
