Well, as far as I know, FeralHeart+ requires no patch. Plus, it's highly unstable + buggy which is why I recommend the normal FeralHeart. If you insist in getting it to work though, then uninstall it and reinstall it once more, making sure it's not pointed to the same directory as any other FeralHeart installation. Still, you should stick to the regular.
